Frequently asked questions
What kind of game is Beezzle?
A colour-matching puzzle with adorable bees. Choose boxes in the right order and manage limited waiting spaces as your bees collect matching tiles.
How many levels are there?
300 levels across 20 gardens, with 15 levels in each garden. Completed levels can be replayed from the map.
Which languages are supported?
English and Turkish. You can switch in the game settings.
Does it contain ads?
Yes. The game contains ads, including optional rewarded ads. Rewarded ads are always your choice, for example for extra honey or an extra waiting slot.
Are there in-app purchases?
The current iOS version offers optional honey and booster bundles. Prices are displayed in the store.
What happens when the waiting slots are full?
If every slot is taken and the bees can’t collect anything, you can use a booster or try the level again. Choosing colours that are already open to the outside helps you avoid this.
What does the number on a box mean?
It shows how many tiles of that colour the box will collect. When it’s done, the box leaves and its waiting slot is free again.
How do I get more honey?
You earn honey as you progress. The level reward is given the first time you complete a level, so replaying a level doesn’t earn it again.
Is my progress saved?
Your progress is saved on your device. Deleting the app deletes it.
How do I change my ad privacy choices?
Open Settings in the game and tap Privacy (shown where it is required, for example in the UK and EU).
A purchase didn’t arrive.
Restart the app and check your honey balance. If it still isn’t there, email us with your receipt (Apple sends it by email). For refunds, use Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
